Dear sir/madam! I am sumeet yadav from chandigarh. I had booked a manali trip from zee holidays in june 2015. I had also deposited rs 20000/- as an advance money on their account. At the last moment they cancelled my trip saying there is no hotel available in manali. When i asked them to refund my money, they said as per their policy my trip is valid for one year so i can book any trip within the validity period or else, i will get my money back only after the expiration of my trip's validity (I. E after 20 june 2016). Now, as my trip's validity is going to expire, i tried calling them many times but all of their contact numbers are either switched off or not reachable.
