Zeekay Immigration Consultant — fraudulent activity on pr process

Zeekay Immigration Consultant from Chennai branch had taken Rs. 118000/- as fee for Canada PR process in June 2023. A consultant lady named Bhuvana from Zeekay consultant Chennai branch informed me as the complete Canada PR process will be taken care at just 118000/- as a special offer price and guaranteed me to secure a job in Canada. They have taken 118000/- from me as bank transfer and after taking the money they had sent me a drafted agreement after two days which states as no refund will be given for the fees collected. They asked me to sign and send them the scanned copies via email after that the process will start. I follow what they said and send them the signed agreement as scanned copies. After that they enroll me to a IELTS online class and asked me to appear for exam. I have to enroll from my own pocket and then WES process. Zeekay consultant didn't approach for any payment assistance. I was surprised. Everytime they asked me to do from my own and have to make the payment as well. Anyhow I cleared my IELTS scoring 6 and completed WES process. Then when I approached Zeekay consultant they asked me to arrange 12 lakhs as proof of fund requirement kn PR process. They never disclosed such expenses earlier and now I was helpless and totally collapse as I unable to arrange such huge amount. When I informed Zeekay consultant they said they cannot proceed further without Proof of fund requirement to complete. So, when I asked my money back they are not responding. I have sent them multiple emails and call requesting for refund of my money so that I can close my loan and emis which I have taken for Zeekay consultant fees. Can someone please help me in getting my money back if possible will be highly appreciated.
