On May 14th, I contacted Zeetech Management about a data entry position. During the initial conversation, I was assured it was a good opportunity with guaranteed weekly payouts and a one-time, refundable security deposit. Based on these assurances, I applied for the job.
When I followed up with HR for guidance, I was instructed to complete a "fresher" form and purchase a "platinum plan" for ₹2999. After arranging and paying this amount, I received an offer letter. However, further attempts to get work-related guidance from HR were met with vague instructions to "wait for the project" and log into the Zeetech portal. When I inquired about payment, I was told the first payout would take * days, despite previous assurances of weekly payments. No proper onboarding or work guidance was provided.
As I continued working, my questions were met with threats of ID termination if I continued calling, and I was simply told to re-read the offer letter. I then contacted Mr. Maharudra Singh (+[protected], but he also provided no clear guidance, only directing me to check my email.
On the scheduled salary date, I emailed HR, only to be informed that my work was deemed "not okay," my ID would be terminated, and my security deposit would be withheld.
I am requesting the immediate refund of my ₹2999 security amount, as the terms of employment were not honored and I believe I have been defrauded. Was this information helpful? |
