Zenith Bank Of Nigeria — debited, but the payment didn't reflect and yet cash was not reversed

I was paying for the goods I wanted online.paid some and it reflected.but on paying for multiple goods.I got error message saying that I cannot continue this transaction, transaction unsuccessful.I got debited even though the transaction was not sucessfull.And still my money was not reversed.the transaction was on 24th june 2014, account name: allen nkemakolam..please review my issue.
