Grievance stands as follows.

1. The issue has already been highlighted in our previous email has to how the eye drop supplied by you should contain 2.5 ml medicine but instead it got exhausted in 3 days only. 2.5 ml I drop lasts at least for 20 days when used once a day. But this did not happen in this case. Holding you liable in the case.
2. It is also shockingly observed that at the time of order, your app was showing a different manufacturing pharmacy for this eye drop but regret fully, you did supply of a different pharmacy.
4. Also the details shown at the time of order categorically says that this I drop contains 0.0004% but it is never mention on the box of the eye drop supplied by you.
5. As per the medical legal ethic and law, all the composition lying in the eye drop must be mention on the box but it does not.
5. Shall we have to construe this is a fake medicine?
6.So you are requested to arrange for an immediate return pick up to collect back this eye drop to be replaced or to be refunded back our money.
7 we hope we will not be constrained to take up the matter with the regulatory authorities, drugs and medical council and ultimately to the consumer forum for heavy compensation and action to be prosecuted to supply such type of medicine in this state.
