Zensar Technologies — PF transfer issues for MH/3980/1014558

Hi Team,

Have been trying to transfer my Zensar PF (MH/3980/1014558) to KPMG but KPMG team is asking for the Anexure K and the EPS number for the transfer. But when i try raising a complain from the govt portal my PF number for Zensar is not being accepted and its says PF number not valid. Can you please provide me the Annexure K and the EPS number so that i can provide this to KPMG for the transfer.

When I login via UAN portal, it says the Zensar Member ID as PUPUN[protected] and amount as INR Zero ('0'). this is incorrect as PF statement downloaded before LWD at Zensar, it has good amount.

Had worked for Zensar for 9 months from Apr 2021 to Feb2022.
