Zensar Technologies — PF withdrawal

I was working in zensar till 2019. I have checked my PF information in epfindia website. I realized that my PF amount related to Zensar is not reflecting here and also not transferred to new company or not withdrawn.

Its giving below error when I select zensar membership id.

Passbook not available to this Member-id as this pertain to exempted establishment (i.e. Trust).

Please help me in getting my PF amount back along with passbook statement.
