Dear Zensar HR/Grievance Team,

I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding the mishandling of my PF account and employment records, which is directly affecting my career and mental well-being. Despite multiple follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved.

Key Issues:

Wrongful Exit Date:

My actual last working day at Zensar was 17th September 2021.

On the very same day of joining, I had informed Zensar that I could not continue due to serious health issues arising from the aftereffects of COVID-19.

However, in the PF portal, my exit date has been wrongly marked as 26th October 2021.

This false entry is now creating major discrepancies during background verification and directly damaging my career opportunities.

PF Contribution Without Salary:

I did not receive any salary nor an asset, yet the PF portal incorrectly shows a contribution for that month.

This raises a serious compliance concern, as PF contributions cannot be shown without actual salary disbursement.

This unnecessary delay is preventing me from accessing my PF account and has blocked my career progression.

My Efforts to Resolve:

Even though I had the option to mark my exit directly on the EPFO portal, I approached Zensar first, trusting that the company would act responsibly and correct the mistake.

Unfortunately, no action has been taken so far, which has now placed me in a very vulnerable position.

My Humble Request:

Immediate correction of my PF exit date to 17th September 2021.

Clarification and correction regarding the false PF contribution for October 2021.

Approval of my pending delinking request at the earliest.

Written confirmation once these corrections are completed.

Impact:
This issue is not a minor error—it is destroying my career and causing immense mental and emotional stress. I never committed this mistake, yet I am being forced to suffer the consequences. The prolonged delay and inaction are pushing me into extreme distress and suicidal thoughts.

I sincerely urge you to understand the gravity of the situation. Your timely support and corrective action can save my career, my livelihood, and my life.
