Was planning my immigration process with this firm called zentora visas & immigration from delhi. Till we didn’t sign the contract, these people literally ate my time. They gave us the confidence to apply via them. But in less than 3 months of signing, these people stopped providing any service. For pnp applications i wished to apply, these people would make an excuse and say you aren’t eligible. Water crossed all bars, when these guys missed my application for alberta which was had opening for my noc and the score was also low it could be. Hired an agent or firm to help me with the process but these frauds very conveniently put the blame on me for being negligent.
When i filed for a refund, the delhi office again said we understand how much pain you have gone through and a refund will be done. I filed the refund work and then the new tantrum started, it’ll take at least 60-90 days for the refund.
And today i received a letter stating the refund can’t happen as per their policies.
I am shocked to how people can do frauds!
The firm and its employees don’t pick calls, block your numbers and then just sends just letters! Was this information helpful? |
