Even i am using Zero B water purifier, I was getting frustrated as my drinking water issue was still unresolved when someone gave me the Zero B contact number and asked me to get in touch., As I searched through the net for different options and ultimately sent a mail on their site and got a response in a day. I was really happy about it. Then their technician arrived immediately and checked the existing water purifier and said that we should not be using this purifier as it is not suitable for the water. He suggested with few options and we went ahead for Zero B Kitchenmate. As we are using it regularly since a year now but did not face any real big problem with it. So as per my view, Zero B is the most reliable product.
Water Consumer believes that access to SAFE DRINKING WATER is everyone's Right. They shall take up your complaint with the respective authorities.
