I had applied for demat account and successfully uploaded all the documents and paid the required fee on 20 December 2020. It has been more than a week still the account opening status is showing "Your application is complete. After verification, you will receive your login credentials on your e-mail. ".
Moreover the customer support phone number given on the site is not operational, I tried getting in touch with the mail but that is also not responding.
This kind of poor service is not expected from a reputed firm as yours.
