This is to inform you that i had made a transaction on 30.042022, via mobikwik with my RBL credit card, to pay to jio fiber.
When I made the payment, after OTP verification, the successful option did not came, and neither the merchant received it. I paid in front of their officials and they said they did not received the payment.
Strange part is, it is not showing in the history of mobikwik.
I waited for 21 working days, then I raised the issue, it's showing it is successful solved of the above said ticket id, but it is not solved yet, and so again I complained and new ticket id is 25389454.
Please look into the matter, as I already emailed to my bank as well as the merchant.
What happened to the transaction amount.
Please look into it asap.
