Zet Technology — Threatening

I too received a mail from them regarding to pay the money 6900, they are saying i[censored] don't pay it now otherwise u should come to the court and we have registered a complaint against u, i don't know what to do, i am in depression due to this.. Anyone pls help me to solve this problem...
