Today is 10th Jan, 2022.
On 15th Dec, 2021 I placed an order for 2 bowls/baking dishes as per order no. #1805 on the Zevakart website. I paid Rs. 655 in full advance through PayU. I got an email conformation from the company for the same immediately. But after that nothing. No delivery update, tracking information, estimated time for delivery. The phone number in the contact us section is switched off. I have sent several emails but there is no reply from them.
The name of the person to whom the PayU transaction was successfully made is Mehul Ramjibhai Borad. This information came to me from PayU by email. The email id for complaints/feedback as listed on the website is [protected]@gmail.com No response from here. The phone number listed is +91 [protected] It has been switched off all the time.
I want a refund of the amount of Rs. 655, and I need your help in tracking down and taking legal action against this fraud company, so that other people can be saved from getting cheated by them. Was this information helpful? |
