I visited Bathinda on 26.12.2024 morning from Jalandhar and pass through Zidda toll plaza around 10.30AM and 125/- deducted and returned on same day and pass Zidda toll plaza around 4.20PM on 26.12.2024(same day) but amount deducted was 125/- on 27.12.2024 at 12.21AM(MIDNIGHT) instead of 60/- as return on same day.
I request you to look into the matter and arrange to refund my excess amount and take a strict action against toll plaza, if deliberately deducted excess amount. Was this information helpful? |
