[Resolved] Zinavo Technologies Bangalore — Delay in website, fraud in recalling email transactions - refusal to refund money paid

I had hired Zinavo Technologies http://www.zinavo.com/ in the month of June to make my website.
After paying an initial payment of Rs. 11000/- on July 13th 2015 and after providing the reference websites, word documents and complete explaination on what I need, the conccerned people working on my project were incompetent and even made alot of mistakes after providing all the details.
Now its been a month and the project is stalled, by the CEO Mr. Nazar absconding or not returning my calls or emails. Even the concerned team working on my website is missing for past one week.
The marketing person named Vinitha has illegally recalled my email interactions with the company.
I do not want to continue with this Company and I want my refund back.

Zinavo has finally resolved the website issue by obliging their company Refund policies.
But after i resolve this complaint they will hand over the URL to me.

Updated by Saviona Initial payment made was Rs. 11790/ (60% of the agreed cost)
As per their company refund policy they have to return me my money and my URL control.

Updated by Saviona The latest update is, the Zinavo team is ready to negotiate only if I withdraw this complaint.
I do not trust them so will not be doing so till my payment is made & URL handed over.
Once this is done ethically the consumer complaint can be closed.
They are resorting to a series of Blame game and I do not have the initial emails as Vinitha has recalled the google email chain - ILLEGALLY. Complete harassment from the Zinavo team as they are not accepting their fault or closing this issue at the earliest.
They are very adamant bunch of people.
So am I.
Will fight for this as my time of 2 months is wasted so is my business suffered.
