My set up box is complaint, when i called to customer care, after there regular check ups, they admitted that the set up box is complaint, now from more than month they are not replacing it instead they are closing my complaint every week without attending it. I have paid one year subscription fees, which is available till may 2020. Now they are not responding to e mails also... I advise zing is the worst service provider in the world. No one go for it.
If any body can help to resolve the problem its better, if not i am approaching consumer court and getting connection from local cable operator. Was this information helpful? |
