Zing International. — No update from company regarding product delivery

I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience ordering from Tabbaz. I placed an order and received confirmation that it was successfully placed. However, it's been over four days, and the order status has been stuck on “out for pickup” with no progress or update since then.

I have tried calling the number listed on the Shiprocket website(https://tabbsz.shiprocket.co), reached out via WhatsApp (where the order confirmation came from), and even emailed the company directly to check the status of my order—no one has responded on any platform.

This complete lack of communication and customer service is absolutely unacceptable. At this point, I’m seriously questioning whether this company is even legitimate. It feels like I’ve been scammed, and unless I receive a clear and immediate update on my order.
