Ziofy — wrong product delivered

Ordered3 kurthis and wrong product was delivered. They are hanging up the calls now. Asked for personal bank details. Need my refund immediately ziofy cheated me with their third rate business techniques. They called me from multiple numbers yesterday and wanted to know my bank balance etc. I hav never encountered such a bad customer service before. I need someone to please look into it. And forbid online stores like ziofy from doing their cheap business.
