After placing the order and making online payment i have received a confirmation email stating order has been shipped and tracking number was provided. After checking the tracking number the order was never shipped.
After marking email to [protected]@alphaglee.com they don't respond for multiple days and mention there is some technical glitch, again they don't respond for weeks and say due to some error the product is not shipped and soon it will be shipped. After marking 20-25 emails there is no product nor any option for refund given till today 8th may 2019. They are sitting on the money and when checked i found multiple people have been duped in similar fashion where money has been billed but products are never delivered.
Desirable resolution: if they cannot deliver the product please refund the complete amount of 1748 rs which has been charged and paid on 4th april 2019.
