Zippy Opinion — Company did not paid

Hi,
I am using Zippy Opinion, it is an online survey taking website. I have earned Rs. 1700 and redeemed it on 21st October, 2023. Today on 3rd March, 2024 almost 4 months have been passed, I have mailed them several times, but they have same reply that "they have some technical issue". I am frustrated with this response, I have lost my job during 2021 pandemic, and I am dependent in such a work. I have spend a lot of time to earn this money, but they have not paid it till now.

Please help in getting my money back to me.
