Zivame Store — Poor staff behaviour and inconsistent store policy at zivame store

I recently visited the Zivame store at Sarath City Capital Mall, Kondapur, Hyderabad with my husband and two-year-old daughter, and had a very disappointing experience.

While I was selecting products, my husband briefly stepped inside the store to help me choose an item. The staff initially allowed him, but later stated that “men are not allowed inside, ” which was inconsistent and confusing.

Additionally, the staff member behaved rudely towards my two-year-old daughter, showing no patience as she naturally moved around. We were also asked not to bring a stroller inside, which is highly inconvenient for customers with young children.

When we calmly questioned these issues, the staff member became defensive and accused my husband of being rude, which was not the case. The interaction turned unnecessarily uncomfortable.

This reflects poor customer service, lack of clear store policies, and no empathy towards customers with children.

I request the management to look into this matter and ensure better staff training and consistent customer handling in the future.
