I have received my order no 18527 today. The item which i received is not according to my order. Color of the product is not matching with the order and quality of the same is also very poor. Hence i want to return the same. Kindly kindly let me know the return policy. I have visited the company website i. E. Ziwra.com but it seems fake and telephone number available is also fake as after dialing it is showing international code as prefix.
Kindly resolve my issue.
