I hve ordered a product but its nearly a week i dint receive any messages or email that product is arriving. And i cant track my order also. So refund my money as soon as possible or deliver my product

As there was no option for Cash on delivery, I have already paid the amount.
The payment was successful and I also received a message on confirming the order.
Now I'm not able to track the order and there is no response from the other end.
The phone number and email address mentioned in the website are fake.
