I want to put a complaint for insincere attitude of Zopnow Retail.
My order no. 8552992 (Rs 400) was scheduled to be delivered on 8/5/2016 between 10 to 1 pm and a sms was sent at 10:33 am that my order has been dispatched. despite that I did not receive my order. After inquiring to the customer care we came to know that the vehicle has broken down which i feel they should have informed us prior to my call. Ultimately, we have shell out extra money for ordering food from hotel. This careless attitude of Zop now people is not acceptable. In this case, I would request they should be penalized for their unprofessional behavior. Was this information helpful? |
