Zo Rooms — Stay denied

I booked Zo Room Airport Mahipalpur for my Friend Rajat Sharma from 03-Sep To 04-Sep using goibibo website.He reached at hotel at 09:00 PM.The hotel receptionist said that rooms are full, so he can't live there even when he had booking on his name.After that he talked to Zo Rooms Customer Care.Then they shifted him to a Third class hotel, where everyone was drunk and the room was smelly and not even 1 star.Then again he called to Zo Rooms Customer Care.Then again they shifted him to another hotel.The cab driver left my friend on the road at 11:00 PM.Then he searched for the hotel.That hotel was ok.But he was hungry and tired.When he asked for dinner, the hotel staff said that chefs are gone.So he ended with eating Manchurian. The only thing Zo Rooms customer care said that whatever had happened was very bad.He did not even arranged food and not even he assured that he will take action against that hotel. If I would have booked this for my sister or my parents, they would not even be able to handle all this . From now on I am going to avoid Zo-Rooms for rest of my life.
