With Reference to order 150527P[protected]/05/2014
We have ordered B5 Spiral Note pads qty of 5.
There wasn't any size or dimension described in cms/mm.
so we have to take the help of internet sources and found the dimension to be Width 176mm and height 250mm.
Unfortunately on receiving the order we found the product wasnt the same as B5 size belongs.
On receipt of product, raised an request for replacement for the product.
No option to raise return request unlike other website, have to go through tedious process.
No option to track shipment and the order status after 20 days still shows as'shipped'
Their policies are absolutely to papers and not in practice. (Attached photo)
Very poor reply for mails and phone calls.
Completely disappointed the way the customer care personnel speaks.
