I got product delivered last week, once I have opened it I was shocked to see it. The product which I have orderedis embroidery kurta set is tottallyyyy different from which I got 😭. More over the product is saree and worst thing is its been used and have marks all over there😡. I have mailed them no response and called them no response. Jun 13, 2022 Updated by Poojithaputty08 Today I got call from them, and I requested to return the product but then they asked my phonepe or gpay number(to refund the money since I have made payment at delivery time) once I have given the gpay number they sent some otp to my number. This number I got it from jio net. When I asked what it is they said it is return process. When I declined to provide otp and asked to pay money by cash, they hanged up the call. When I tried reaching they didn't pick my call.
