I have been a zolo stay tenant for past 2-3 months from january 12 to march 21 on zolo golden hills establishment in madhapur hyderabad. I have been paying 9000 room rent for a bed in 2 share room with a deposit of 9000.
I have initiated notice for vacating on march 5 for april 10, due to the prevailing situation in our country i decided to vacate on march 21 they have initiated my refunded after deducting my electricity charges. I had to pay rent until april 10 and it cost me 3000 for april. Even if i have to pay for 30 day notice period it will get over by april 5, i need a refund of least 5 days. They are not doing fair and are charging for there convince instead of the customer, we are not heard. Even they have poor customer support.
