I placed an order via Zomato (Order ID: [protected], amount ?402.42) from Arambam – Flavours of South, LB Nagar, Hyderabad.
The food delivered was spoiled and unsafe to consume, with a foul smell indicating it was not fresh. This is a food safety issue, not a matter of taste or personal preference.
I reported the issue immediately through Zomato support and provided photographic evidence. However, the complaint was closed without any resolution or refund.
Due to the unsafe condition, the entire food had to be discarded.
This reflects negligence in ensuring food safety standards by both the platform and the restaurant.
I request:
Full refund of ?402.42
Appropriate action against the restaurant and platform for delivering unsafe food
If not resolved promptly, I will proceed with further legal escalation through appropriate consumer forums.
