I recently purchased an HW S12 Call smartwatch from Zone alpha website (Order #[57419], purchased on [Date - 17.01.2026]) for ₹5199. Unfortunately, the product has multiple serious issues that do not match the advertised specifications.
Overheating Issue: The watch gets extremely hot during normal usage, making it uncomfortable and unsafe.
Poor Battery Life:
The battery drains completely within less than one day despite claims of better performance.
Auto-Delete Problem: Any files I transfer to the watch get automatically deleted after 15-20 minutes.Wrong Android Version: Advertised as Android 10 but actually runs Android 8, which is outdated.
Overpriced: ₹5199 is excessively high for such a faulty product with these specifications.
Please let me know the next steps for return/replacement within 48 hours.
