Our LG washing machine is insured by Zopper to provide 3 years extended service.
On 23rd May, I had raised a complaint 778888. A day later, technician from Zopper visited & informed that there is PCB issue & that it would be resolved in few days. So we waited for the Zopper technician to come & repair it. But after waiting for more than a week, I contacted Zopper, they informed that the Technician informed that the Washing machine started working and hence the Technician closed the complaint. But neither the machine is working, nor the technician contacted us,
On 15th June we raised the complaint again 805884. Zopper delayed sending any technician, then it seems on 17th June, Zopper contacted LG electronics for the complaint, On 18th the LG customer arrived checked the washing machine & informed that its PCB issue & it would they gave the charge estimate. Now ZOPPER had allegedly not informed LG about the details.
LG later sent the estimate, I had to call Zopper to forward this estimate to them as ZOPPER wanted estimate from LG, but at the same time ZOPPER were not contacting LG to get this estimate. Since the estimate was online, it was easy to send the Link.
On 22nd June I forwarded the service charges paid to LG and the link of Estimate to PRIME (who ZOPPER introduced as their local service vendor)
Today I called PRIME again, they informed me that they shall take the technician on call & explain the charges etc. I tried to call Zopper on their number[protected] but after the IVR it was going to voice recorder, after two such attempts I called the same number form another phone & I was able to connect, so it seems ZOPPER had tried to divert my call to Call Recorder so as to avoid the issue.
I would request your forum to to kindly take matter with the appropriate authorities to stop such frauds to operate in India and destroy consumer confidence.
