I have purchased the extended warranty for my MI TV from Zopper, and is valid till November 2024. My TV is now not working and it is already 23 days since I registered the complaint with Zopper. One engineer visited after 13 days after numerous follow ups. He was not even ready to accept the complaint and was refusing to repair it. Finally after lot of arguments, he took the photo of the TV and told us that the panel needs replacement and it will arrive in 10 days. It is already crossed 10 days after that and we haven’t heard anything from them. They don’t even respond to the calls or emails. +1 videos Was this information helpful? | |||
