I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a distressing experience I have had with Zora Cosmetic, which has left me frustrated and dissatisfied as a consumer.

On November 1, 2023, I placed an order with Zora Cosmetic, and as of last month, February, 2024, the order stilled remains unfulfilled and marked as "processing" on their website. Throughout this period, I made multiple attempts to communicate with the company through emails and messages, seeking updates on my order and resolution to the issue.

Unfortunately, my attempts were met with silence until February 24, 2024, when I finally received a response. The response, however, was not a resolution but a refund for the product alone, excluding the delivery charges I had paid. Notably, the product was never shipped, and the delivery charges were not justified as the delivery service did not incur any costs.

What exacerbates my frustration is the unprofessional conduct during our communication on WhatsApp. Today, when I checked their website, it falsely stated that the order was "fully refunded, " contradicting their earlier communication. This inconsistency raises concerns about the company's transparency and integrity and I highlighted everything to them but they have ignored all my messages.

I operate my own business and always provide the benefit of the doubt to fellow businesses. I thoroughly reviewed their shipping and return policy, and no clause was found stating that delivery charges are non-refundable, especially in cases where the product is not dispatched.

To summarize everything:

- No communication for 4 months, with no response to multiple emails and messages
- False information on their website about a full refund
- Unjust denial of the refund for delivery charges, even though the product was not dispatched
