Hi, This is to informed you that Zovi retail and consumer online Merchandise (www.zovi.com) was not delivering my product after repetitive remainder . I had purchased a pair of shoes from zovi dated 28th Oct, but still delivery team is not delivered the product . Also the customer service number set to default message that "All executive are busy". After repetitive reminder to customer delight team they not bother. Hence I feel cheated and expect a strong action on this kind of online retail business origination. Thanks
