i have emailed them 2 days ago and there is no response, kindly treat this as top priority

I am writing to inform you that I have received the wrong product in my recent order. I placed an order for but instead received another. I am disappointed that I did not receive the product that I ordered and would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.

I have attached a copy of my order confirmation and the packing slip that was included in the package for your reference. As you can see, the product that I received does not match the product that I ordered.

I would like to request that you send me the correct product as soon as possible. Alternatively, if you are unable to send the correct product, I would like to request a refund for the purchase.

I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your prompt response.
