Me and my father had a terrible experience at Zudio, Axis Mall on 23rd March, 2024 . We were not modernly dressed so they thought we could steal . When we were entering Zudio there was no alarm but while exiting, the alarm went off and the guard accused us of having new items with tag inside my bag which was absolutely not true. I showed them my bag . There was lipsticks, sanitary napkins, tissues, money and cards inside my bag . No metal was there inside my bag. There was 2 staffs and one security guard involved but the clean chit shouldn't be given to manager as well . This is totally unacceptable.
This is total harassment and discrimination against us based on how we were dressing and I don't want anyone else to suffer like this. I want an apology letter urgently and punishment for those people as well including the manager.
