I had given my Car to service around End of May. And the car had new cleaning kit (cleaning brush and 4 fiber cloths). The same went missing post service. Owing to my work commitments i noticed it when i used the car and raised the complaint to service center on June 20th. I was informed that it is not possible to find out as there is no CCTV back up. But the service center personnel informed that a complimentary kit will be provided. Since stock was not there i was asked to connect a week later.
When i reached out to service center again, i was told that the same cannot be provided. I connected to manager and informed as well. Even the manager assured complimentary cleaning kit will be provided to compensate the loss of the new cleaning kit i had in my car.
Later a new manager was replaced and he is saying nothing is possible.
I have been proactively following up for this. And i have been asked to call back again and again. It is not fair that you lose a new cleaning kit during service and commit that you will compensate with a complimentary cleaning kit and now going back in rounds to avoid giving that.
Request you to compensate the loss i had and provide the cleaning kit at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
