This is with reference to the transaction of Rs.19, 200 which I paid for the booking for Air Tickets on 3rd of February 2022 using Phonepe UPI (TRANSACTION ID : T2202031538343297283962 ) to ZUXI TRAVELZ ([protected]/[protected]) whose Proprietor name is Rahul/Bhavesh, As per the commitment he initially promised that he ll give me tickets maximum by 24 hrs, but lateron when I asked him to give me the tickets he started saying that he will be giving the tickets in while, later when I tried contacting him he didn’t revert me, later he again assured me that he ll give the tickets before departure i.e, 8th feb 2022, I requested him again to give the tickets asap but incidently because of the operational reason flight from Goa To Delhi got cancelled by the airlines and I confirmed the same to ZUXI TRAVELZ (RAHUL/BHAVESH ) and asked him to refund the amount paid by me. He assured me that he ll process the refund asap, Later I asked him again about my refund he told me to let his agent revert him then he will transfer me the same, Later after several messages, reminder and calls –Normal/Whatsapp he didn’t refund the amount but when my father talked him over phone and requesting him in polite manner for refund, he challenged my father that “apka beta keh rha h legal action ke liye aur aap beta- beta krte ho usko bolo lele legal action koi taqleef nahi hai..appan bhi dekhlenge” .
He stopped taking our calls Only once in 20 calls he picked and said not to disturb him and he will not give payment till he recieve from his agent
Sir, my plea is that I gave money for booking tickets from him and not to his agent for which I am not concerned. Secondly I have started my buisness few months back with just little amount which I had and now he has blocked my money and buisness too . So I feel that I have been chested from him and has become a victim of fraud.
Therefore I request you to kindly look into this matter and help me in expediting of my payment.
I will feel highly obliged if you help in solving this matter at the earliest.
