I have availed a loan and was paying my emi's well. Last month my company shut down the process and we didn't receive our salary i managed to pay partial amount and I am responding to each and every call explaining that I will be paying the rest soon infact will close asap as i will have to join in another company and will take time to set financial aspects well..Now there is 1 individual who calls atleast 100 times in a day in spite of answering and responding to calls and WhatsApp messages has no end. And the so called messaging won't stop till 12 midnight. Blackmail, abusive language what not was happening. I have a cancer suffering mother that I am taking care of and it's not that I am not paying I am but partial amount when ever I am able. Trust me there is no grievance team that we can call or connect with. I have shared the call recordings to my nearby police station as it was too much to tolerate. As per the gov if the customer is not reachable or not responding absconding that's when Zype have to approach my connects but still threatenings and blackmails. I am suffering with Inadequate blood flow iny brain and I have the supporting medical documents that i shared. I really want to highlight this... Was this information helpful? |
