Dear sir/ma’am, I have placed an online order for blackberrys combo 3 assorted shirts from 100bestbuy.com/suksh technology private limited, bangalore on april 29 ’2014. The order was placed through an online payment option using my hdfc bank credit card. I have got a confirmation mail on the same on my electronic mail and an sms on my hand phone with no order id or shipment details. Fyi, they always inquiry for the registered mobile no. ([protected]) for locating the order status. Seeing into the scenery when i queried the same with their customer service department, they said once the club is laid from their conclusion they will let me know the tracking number of the shipment, which will be displayed on my 100bestbuy login account. To keep their statement true, they have now provided a tracking number ([protected]) on 02nd day of may ‘2014 along with a link (http://www.delhivery.com/) to track the order status, but unfortunately when i tried chasing it along the shipment company portal it shows invalid way bill no./shipment no./order no.. On inquiring the same with the customer service department, now they are saying once the order is dispatched the tracking number will get triggered. Whenever, i ask for the estimated date of delivery they are not feeding a proper estimation of it. Today, 06th day of may ‘2014 they said that the merchandise is not available at their depot, once it is available they will dispatch it asap. Where the same product set by a friend today through cash on delivery option got a claim from their dispatch section ([protected]) that he will more or less get the delivery in next 2-3days. I have written several emails to them, but have never had a reply to the same. I feel like i have been cheated and later i draw a conclusion after the search made on the internet about the company that they are into fraudulent activities and they play with the customers who have made an online payment by not delivering the product and low quality products for cash on delivery customers. Seeing into the above scenes, i have earlier registered complaints about the same on http://grahakcomplaints.com/ and http://www.consumercourtforum.in/, but no such actions were taken, i hope this is the result that they are still toying with the emotions of a customer by looting their money through online transactions. This is the last hope, i know you will at least get some activities on them, i believe after this if no modifications were seen then i will proceed with registering an fir against the same at the local police station here at dwarka. Look forward to a strong and worst step on such creepy entrepreneurs, who have been playing with customers emotions by looting their money through this. Thanks!
