I had placed an order to 100bestbuy.com having ref. No. 33300025 on 12th dec. 2014. The same day i got a phone call from 100best buy and they informed that i won the contest coupon for sony xperia for that i have to buy one iball silver slide 2g tablet (7236) + branded black power house expert 5600 mah, polo watch amounting rs. 9, 999/- (Market price for these items max. Rs.6, 000/-) on 17th december i had received an iball silver slide 2g tablet (7236), fully scratched, bended and very bad condition. I think it is returned by mr. Ajay verma, add 3a/ wh -34, nit faridabad. His no also showing in tab [protected]. It is not able to open due to pattern which is mentioned by mr. Ajay verma. I was disappointed and hurted after i received those parcels which even Not worth for 2/4 of the money i had paid. Then i complained about this 2 days through phone, then one of their customer care person (+91-[protected]) 18th afternoon (02.31 p. M), i have courier the said item to suksh technology pvt. Ltd., c/o m/s apollo fiege integrated logistics pvt. Ltd., khasara no. 93, village bamnoli, p. O. Dhulsiras, new delhi-110077, vide first flight courier tracking number t[protected]. I have paid rs. 200/- for this damaged and second hand item to courier to their office. Till date i had not received the refund amount in my bank account. Order rejected showing their website.in spite of many reminder mail send to them, there is no reply received. My refund had been delayed till now and i am feeling cheated. On 06th jan. 2015 i received a call from 100bestbuy (+91-[protected]) around 12 p. M and told me that my amount will be credited immediately to my bank account. How can i trust their words after paying rs. 9 999/- plus rs. 200/- (Courier charges paid for return the item to them) a single reply not received from their mail id's or any phone call. They told me to return the items (Black power house expert 5600 mah and watch) whch i have received from. Why they are waiting for those items to be returned. They can transfer the amount which i have Paid for iball tablet. It is not possible to trust a single word from this companies any employee, its not only my case but there are thousands of cases i found in different consumer forums and sites against this company and they all have one common allegation against them that 100bestbu have cheated them and committed fraud.
