please refer your communication vide letter no. Obj/icici bank ltd/cdsl/9199 dated january 20, 2021 vide which our demat request for these bonds have been rejected.

The request has been rejected quoting the following reason : "rejection code 30 - incorrect holder(s) name / pattern"

in this regard, please guide us in the following issues :

considering mandatory dematerialisation, when we have tried to dematerialise the bond certificate with reliance securities limited, the request has been rejected quoting the following reason : "rejection code 30 - incorrect holder(s) name / pattern"

in the same communication, it is mentioned as follows:

"As Aishwarya Deepak Bhide has attained the age of majority, arrange to forward us demat account in the name of Aishwarya Deepak Bhide jointly with Deepak Vasant Bhide and Varsha Deepak Bhide alongwith the following documents : Copy of Birth Certifiate of Aishwarya Deepak Bhide duly atested by the banbk manager / notary public, self attested copy of pan card and aadhar card of aishwarya deepak bhide, signature of Aishwarya Deepak Bhide duly attested by the bank manager with his name, employee code, telephone no., email id and account no. Of the bondholder(s), cancelled cheque bearing name of Aishwarya Deepak Bhide."

in this regard, it is in contravention of the principle of majority that Aishwarya Deepak Bhide has attained since she has produced her demat account details in the name of Aishwarya Deepak Bhide which she holds with reliance securities limited.

In this scenario it is surprising that even after her attaining the age of majority, demat account in the name of Aishwarya Deepak Bhide jointly with Deepak Vasant Bhide and Varsha Deepak Bhide is being enforced upon us.

We are already in possession of 3 different demat accounts and we do not intend to open too many demat accounts, which seems to be the case here as otherwise we will be forced to open a demat account in the name of Aishwarya Deepak Bhide jointly with Deepak Vasant Bhide and Varsha Deepak Bhide as also a bank account in the same sequence, which is again a burden upon us as we already hold more than sufficient number of bank accounts.

You are therefore requested to consider the demat account in the name of aishwarya deepak bhide in order to dematerialise this bond certificate, please.

Further, there is no responsible person to talk over this entire simple matter with, so it is requested to provide us with a telephone number over which we can deliberate upon and get the certificate dematerialised.

You may please contact on the following numbers in this regard for further guidance :

Deepak vasant bhide : [protected]
Aishwarya deepak bhide : [protected]

Regards. Sincerely yours,

Deepak Vasant Bhide
father, Aishwarya Deepak Bhide
