7 Drives Multi Car Showroom — Not making registration of MY new purchased car

Dear, I had booked the Honda AMAZE Diesel car on 28th Dec 2013 with 7drived multi car showroom Andheri. For that i paid booing amount & they assured me delivery on 31st March 2014. But they have not delivered the car & postponed on 5th April 2014. That day also they have not delver the car & given excuse of my documents are not OK for registration. Even before i shown him all my available documents & given him that time he confirmed that documents are OK & no problem in that. After that i again submitted by LIC policy for the same but he given excuse of election duty & RTO officers are not available. After so many days on 20th April he given me car with CRTM but no papers have given to me regarding CRTM. Now i am struggling for my registration process but he is not picking up my call & not responding. I visited him also but he assured me he will do that.
