According to TRI if any one who is activated DND facility after that XYZ company who is not authorized to send sms and sending SMS he/she can complain against tham,

I got a message from BA Lucky 56263042 for free Hyderabadi pearl set cost Rs 2500. I did not reply because I know if I send back the reply to 56263042 I have to pay minimum Rs. 3 and nothing will happen. But they will get the share of Rs. 3 from my mobile service provider.
