After reporting my complaint on 1st June 2022, chola representative called me once and taken my feedback on this issue over the phone, after that they never called me again and still there is no resolution from their end. And yesterday on 10 June 2022 they sent welcome letter with retrospective dated 3 June 2022 including repyment schedule for 2Lakh which they disbursed on 17th May 2022...
