We subscribed to Broadband Services of IOL Netcom Ltd, in Mumbai around a year back.
The quality of service provided has been very bad with regard to connectivity issues, Fibre breakages, Server down time (for 2-3 days at a stretch).
Emails to the company always go unanswered, their fax number listed on their web site doesnt work and getting through to them by telephone is an impossibility... Dear Sir, This company is a complete fraud which doesnt have the basic infrastructural facilities. They do... We are employees of IOL Netcom Ltd from mumbai. as kolkata employee said is right taht, from last 6 mpnths we are not getting single rupee in the name of salay. when we talk with hifher authority. they dont meet us or they give excuse to us. and on an above they also quit some empoyee fro system by giving PDC cheque which was also bounce...
