First he assured on phone that it will never happen again it was wiring fault, Next time this happened, he assured it was battery to be replaced- battery was replaced, it happened again. Bangalore. It?s about 41 month old once we asked about claim they are helpless
regarding settlement. They informed us that it need 6 month time... I visited Sundaram motors (secunderabad) three weeks back to get the bumper fixed for my Honda City. It was a very small job of fixing the missing screws of the bumper.
I was made to drive my car all around the workshop all by myself. After an hour of confusion, I was told to wait for 2 more hrs for such a small job...

They did not even give a proper waterwash.
Car interiors were never cleaned.
They have charged for an oil change which I can never verify if it was done.
