I had ordered an e-cigarette order no: #[protected] on 16th December because I want to quit smoking. Now its been 3 months, I still don't have the product nor has the money been refunded. After multiple times of being sent defective product and the same being repaired and sent and resent, I am sick of this whole issue. This company is full of false promised and zero quality control. Even the eliquid had been partly used up when the product was resent to me. I have even attached proof of it. There have been more than 60 mails exchanged which I can provide as proof. And they dont have a refund policy!! They said they sent me a new replacement but that was the old one repaired since it had a torn wrapper which was in the first one sent to us. Whom are they fooling?
