I had purchased an electronic cigarette kit from www.smokefree.in Upon receiving, I found that one of the ecigarette was not charging, I immidiately informed there customer care, they told me to keep it on charge for a while. But nothing happened. I wrote an email to them and informed about the complaint, they asked me to return the same through courier. On receiving they agreed to the problem and assured me that the replacement will be done very soon, but after many repeated attempts, the company has stopped responding. I am a new, but regular user of smokefree products and find them very good. Only problem I am facing is with the chargers. All the chargers are of extremely low and inferior quality. None of my chargers are working, ( please check my purchase history.) Recently I have purchase an expensive kit, thinking, atleast, in this I will not be facing problems, but I am disappointed again. The kit wasn't functioning on its arrival itself, the same was informed over phone to your customer care, they however instructed me to leave the battery for charging for a while, and it will start working, That didnt happen. So I am left with a non functional battery and a non functional cheap pathetic charger. I feel, extremely cheated.
